Blue Sun Properties LLC is a vacation condo rental management group started by current Calypso Condo owners Jeff and Lucinda Phillips. Blue Sun Properties was formed out of a need to get control of spending, service, and accountability. Also Blue Sun Properties recognized a need for a management group that looked out for the best interest of the condo owner versus the management group.

Starting August 1st 2009, Blue Sun Properties LLC will be taking on new management clients. We are interviewing housekeeping and maintenance staff, improving our positions in the search engines, and getting ready to take Vacation Condo Rental Management to a new level of service.
